Once you've set up your new package, ask your current provider to point your domain's name servers to the following:
- ns1.livedns.co.uk
ns2.livedns.co.uk
If your domain provider allows you to have more than two nameservers, you can use ns3.livedns.co.uk as a third nameserver.
Nameserver changes can take up to 72 hours. This will point your domain name to our servers, allowing it to work with your new website hosting and email service with EBIZ Systems - it really is that easy.
